Dreams: Opening an "over-the-top" kids birthday party room in Manhattan, Opening a coffee shop with playroom for kids, going on women only challenging jeep trip in Morocco, learning Spanish and French, Becoming a public speaker about thyroid cancer – the truth about life after, becoming event planner for low income brides turning their wedding into a dream, designing kids basements, kids stylist, home styling consultant, and last but not least.. Getting my first tattoo!
Story: Born in Israel in 1977. Grew up in an Israeli Moroccan home, to a wonderful mom and dad who taught me all about art, table etiquettes, music and romance. Served 2 years in the Israeli army as a teacher. Traveled in the US. Met my husband. Got married, got accepted to FIT for interior deisgn, didn't go to FIT to learn interior design, opened an international moving company with my husband, Couldn’t have kids, found a miracle called IVF, had twins (boy and a girl) in 2005, froze the others, took out of the freezer, had another girl in 2011, Got thyroid caner, got rid of thyroid cancer, lost my dad, gained weight, lost weight, opened my eyes and gained an amazing prospective about life.
Why: So you are asking why a CEO of a moving company is opening this blog?
Well, all my life I heard the words such as "you are talented", "you have great hands" and the winner that i heard a million times: “you are in the wrong business”.
For a while I thought of opening my own company for kids birthdays or something that has to do with design, however someone needs to pay the mortgage and to pay for my shoes!
My kids birthdays sometimes looked like birthdays on steroids. Every Halloween turned into a massic project. I love it!!!
After my last posting on Facebook where I got so many likes, questions and requests I decided (with the major help of my BFF Donna) to open this blog. I hope you will enjoy it, I’m here if you have any questions.
